Festival information

Friday 19  to Sunday 21 April 2024

The festival will all take place at St Paul’s Church, Hall and Amphitheatre, 162 Hampton Road, Beaconsfield

The theme of the festival will be World Peace.
We welcome input from people of all nations and faiths

The festival will comprise:
1. An opening concert on Friday evening featuring Kavisha Mazzella and The Ebb Tide Men
Due to space limitations, there will be a small booking fee to reserve a spot. (now available on Trybooking for $5.00 )
This will be followed by a social event in the hall (all festival passes free)

2. A mass choir event reprising the Coro Oceana 100-voice choir assembled in early 2022
The CHOIR FOR WORLD PEACE will be led by Kavisha Mazzella.  The singers will learn a small number of songs in workshops on both Saturday and Sunday.

3. Choir concerts on Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon

4. A Festival Club singalong on Saturday evening

5. The highlight of the festival will be a church service in the amphitheatre at sundown (6pm)
St Paul’s priest Rev Gemma Baseley will conduct the service and Kavisha will conduct the mass choir.

We invite singers not attending the festival with a choir to join the Choir for World Peace

Coro Oceana performers and other singers who wish to participate without their choirs have two choices:
A. Purchase a $30 weekend pass which includes Sat lunch and Sunday afternoon tea plus admission to all concerts and social events
B. Purchase a $15 workshop pass which covers the two Kavisha workshop and the finale performance
