JAMPACT (Just Artists and Musicians Performing Awesome Creations Together) is a group of about 20 young southwest musicians, vocalists and instrumentalists, aged 12-17. The idea is that young musical creatives can get together, play music together, and support each other in their musical journey. The idea was created a decade ago by another group of enthusiastic young musos, and this is a reinvention.
They have mentorship from local professional musicians and support from local venues, particularly Caves House, giving them opportunities to perform. They thank Songfest and Origins for giving them a space to do their thing.
