Indian Blue Chorus is a women’s barbershop chorus from Ocean Reef, Perth, and we’ve been singing together since 2013. Under Music Director Adrian Gimpel, the last few years have taken us into some new territory: putting together a successful panto-style stage show incorporating four-part a cappella harmony, travelling to Hobart to compete at a national barbershop contest, and now we’re back on the festival stage for the first time in a while! We’re an auditioned group, but we love bringing beginners in alongside our longstanding members. We can’t wait to keep growing as performers and to find more fun projects to sink our teeth into.
